You cannot safely enlarge your penis. If you could really do this, every guy would be doing it. If you think breast enhancement is something special, think of how many women would be after their men to get it done. It would be bigger news than Iraq...think about it!!
A few years ago a doctor announced that he could enlarge a male organ via transplanting fat cells but all the men that would speak out after the procedure spoke of lumpy, mishapen organs. Not cool!!
When a procedure is actually perfected, you will see the results splashed all over the media. Don't use a pump as that breaks the blood vessels that provide the fluid used to make it erect. Not good!

Penis pumps can damage the penis and make it hard to get or maintain an erection. Viagra does nothing for genital length. It’s not even the aphrodisiac people seem to think it is. There are pills that claim to make your dick bigger (Enzite?), but if you watch the ads on TV they usually say something like “These claims have not been evaluated by the food and drug administration.” So I wouldn’t use them. You can have surgery, but that can seriously reduce sensation.
I think you just have to live with your size.

Wow, you really got some funny answers, people are so creative....
There are pills, and the best thing would probably be a penis pump.
I sell sex toys for a living and people swear it works.
However if you enjoy a lot of pain, try the duct tape and weight!!!
