Most laptops come with built in wifi.

If not you need to buy an adapter card which would run around $30.

You can buy a usb wifi device for around Â£20. You would also need a router which is the central part of any network which can cost anything up to Â£90. It is best to pay the higher price for a router to ensure you get good performance.
