First, you need to get a dictionary because how you just typed this question makes you seem really ignorant.
Second, yes, a guy *always* knows when he ejaculates. But even if he doesn't ejaculate, he always releases pre-c*m, which holds some sperm in it, so yes, you can get pregnant from that.
Basically, if you want to avoid a pregnancy, get on birth control. Simple, really. Just go to Planned Parenthood.

Yes pre*** still can get you pregnant. Its got sperm in it too!! If you knew you were ovulating & you didn't want to have a baby why did you have unprotected sex in the first place?? Get on birth control & start using condoms.

Um - my, but you have a lot to learn: yes, pre- c u m has quite enough spermatozoa to make you pregnant, but not when you give him head. It has to go in the other end, dear! And ANY time you have vaginal intercourse, there's pre-c u m. You can certainly get pregnant even if he does not ejaculate...

Pre-c** is-what ive heard-is more potent than regular ejaculation. HeII yes you can still get preggers honey!!! Pre-stuff,if not more potent,is JUST AS potent and all it takes is one swimmer!!! If you get outta pregohood this time start being more careful, the pill or wrap him up, or you are gonna end up that way real quick!

Pre-ejaculate is not as obvious to a guy if he even realizes at all. Ejaculation is very obvious to a guy since, as a rule, it is the incentive to have intercourse.
It is definatley possible to become pregnant from pre-ejaculate.

Of course he knows! It's called an ORGASM. Trust me, if your guy is having his orgasm, he's ejaculating. Besides the obvious, there is also sperm in his precum, so yes, there's a good chance of pregnancy if you are having sex during ovulation with no protection.

Yes, you can get pregnant even if he withdraws without ejaculating. In fact, withdrawal is worthless as a contraceptive method. Use condoms, whether he likes it or not.
Yes, guys know exactly when they are going to ejaculate. It is not something that escapes your attention.

You can get pregnant from pre-ejaculation - that is why the pull out method doesn't always work.
