First no judgments over the "affair and divorce". Being an ICU nurse I saw everything. I had a 68 year old married man (wife in 60's) come in for a vasectomy. Due to his health problems he had to stay in the hospital. He told his wife he was having a biopsy and as nurses we could not say different. At 68 this meant he was fooling around with younger women than his wife. If he has cheated on 4 wife's why should you be different? Rather than concentrate on his past and your feeling of his possible regret maybe you should instead concentrate on improving your marriage. That way you will always feel you did the right thing about YOUR relationship. If he cheats and you have given your all then he is at fault a a serial cheater and you should feel no guilt. You did your best. Also to the people that think it is illegal for a nurse to date/marry patient it's not. How any of you have met your spouse through your workplace being a coworker, a client, a delivery man? We tend to meet people where we are the most which is at work!

It depends on what kind of morals he has. Some men will just stray and not leave, just to keep the family together. Others will leave. If you know he is unhappy and you love him then find out what it is that is making him unhappy and try to fix it. Communication is a big part of a marriage. Meeting each others needs and happiness plays a big part in making a marriage a healthy one.

Yes sometimes they do. But if you are with a married man,
He will cheat on you as well. Some of them are just saying
that they will leave there wifes for you and never will ... Do not
be a fool.

Depends. Some men will leave if they are unhappy. Some stay b/c they don't want to deal with the legal aspect, especially if there are kiddos involved & some just will split from the wife & play the field..Never divorcing..Depends on the man..

I left my ex wife 3 months after our second child...her lover was sleeping in our bed with her every night and I was was working 80 hrs a week to support everybody. Now I have custody of my children. She lied to me for nine months about being a lesbian. We were married for 13 years. I was faithful everyday...until I left.

Yes, they do leave their wifes. I think they stay longer to try to work things out. If the wife doesn't try, it won't work.

I think most unhappy men will just stray, especially if there are kids involved. I think they will pretend they are happy. But they will eventually find someone (on the side) who will make them happy.
