seems like some on here talk bad about your mates, why are you with them if they are so bad?? when you talk bad about your mates it makes you look like a fool, you are married to them, so it doesnt say much about you either. seems some here are never satisfied, did you know how your mates were before you married them?? so now you married them and you still complain about them, you must like the situation you are in or you have no self-esteem and you put up with anything, im sure ill get some nasty responses, that will tell me the truth hurts.

If i have something to say to my husband i'll say it to his face not on here. Plus they are stupid and don't know what they want in life or who they really want to be with. They should think long and hard before they enter marriage cause that's for life! People will always have something to complain about because their lives are miserable and have nothing better to do than to make other peoples lives a living hell!!

First of all, it's not talking bad, it's stating the facts. Women and men are completely different.
I am a fool, I'll admit it. My husband is a fool. However, if there was another woman out there that would put up with him, he would find her. But that's the point, there is NO ONE else. AND...same goes for me - men cannot tolerate me, however, he looks beyond ALL my bad points (and there are MANY) because he likes my good points (I'm a really GREAT cook! and I take care of all the bookeeping - we have three businesses between the two of us and we work day jobs.)
I don't know of any couple that is blissfully happy. I know happy couples but even in happy couples one will always have a pet peeve with the other. It's called LIFE!!!!

I'm not married, but I think they complain because they're hurt or disappointed and they either want help to change the situation or to have someone to talk to. They don't leave because they are in love and made a commitment. Sometimes people change and their spouse has to deal with it and it's hard, but that doesn't always mean divorce. When you get married you say for better or for worse. Some people mean that and will stick by their spouse and try to work things out when it is going badly, but because it's so hard they turn to other people for support and advice. When you're trying so hard to make something work, it can be hard to see that it's not going to work.

I agree, if you have more bad to say than good about your significant other, then leave them alone and go find someone that you can tolerate...or better yet LOVE....& stop wasting the time of that person you speak so irritated with.

actually amy I havent noticed alot of people putting down their mates on here any more than Ive noticed people talking good about their mates.

It's because they don't have the galls to get up and leave. They are afraid they will loose everything or they will have to work again. You know those people that go "Oh god! I broke a nail!" or "Dirt! AHHHHH! Melting!" or they are afraid what other people will think. (Well if you told your story and asked your question, you obviously care about other people's opinion. Duh)
