Well, the cops THOUGHT I committed a driving violation because of the circumstances. I was leaving a bar, it was about 15 minutes before last call, and the street I pulled onto had 2 lanes in each direction. I was going left and headed for the outermost lane which meant that I had to cross 3 lanes of traffic. Because I had scratched my eye that day I was wearing a patch to keep the eye closed so it could heal. Therefore I was very cautious driving and compensated for my reduced vision by moving over slowly.
The cops assumed that I was drunk, ran the breathalyzer 3 times, all the while shaking the thing and muttering to themselves that it must not be working right when it kept showing no alcohol on my breath. So they had me get out of my car and do the finger to the nose move and walk the line , both of which I did rather more slowly than I might otherwise have done if my vision had been normal.
I don't remember what they wrote me up for.but when we got to court a couple of weeks later and I explained it to the judge, he begrudgingly had to let me off. Not only was the judge miffed but the cop who showed up was too. I can't say that I felt for either of them stereotyping me the way they did.

The last time was on a motorbike, en route to work at 5.45 am - 7 or 8 years ago.
Great empty roundabout, so I went round a few times until I actually got my knee down. I had been trying for weeks.
My air punch of triumph was rather spoiled by a policecar driver who had seen me. When I took my helmet off to reveal whitish hair and a 60 + year old face, he shook his head, trying not to laugh, told me I should have known better at my age and said he would ticket me if he saw me do it again.

i will in basic terms answer for me in my view and that i will certainly say that I even have in no way written extra tickets or been stricter on a man or woman in reaction to their automobile, their gender or the colour of their epidermis. i will inform you that I even have been stricter and sought for different violations in reaction to their strategies-set. while you're a disrespectful jerk to me, then do no longer assume any hazard at a warning and need that i can not discover the different violations. while you're magnificent to me, i do no longer care what variety of automobile you stress. you have a gamble at getting off with a warning if the circumstances enable. (some situations you are able to no longer provide warnings which includes throughout the time of a 0-tolerance enforcement interest)

If you live in the UK, everyone has been stopped for something, it goes with the territory here, as soon as you start the engine, there's someone out there going to pull you for some minor offence, and then give you a nice hefty fine for the privilege, after all how else are the government going to raise enough money to waste

Speeding, last summer.
I was having pregnancy type mood swings, and I just climbed into the car and took off. I got up on the highway, cranked up the G'nR Live and Let Die, and let the wind flow through my hair. Next thing I know, I hear sirens, and I am getting pulled over.
The trooper was very disappointed when he made me get out of the car. The hottie in the Lexus turned out to be a middle aged, very pregnant momma.
