Sure, if she's a competent LEADER. Hillary Clinton doesn't have a chance because she can't do anything but stir up class envy and hate for Republicans. That doesn't accomplish anything, and thus she is no great leader. Condoleeza Rice, on the other hand, can run circles around Hillary, because she inspires my respect and confidence in her abililty to lead.

We're not anti-girl in this country, we just expect high standards out of our leaders. When someone demonstrates that, we vote for them.

The US could have had a women President whenever they pleased. Unfortunately, the rules and customs our founding fathers developed basically put women, and other races, out of the running, even though there has been no written rule saying that only White Men can run and win. With this up-coming presidential election, on the other hand, has a black candidate and a female candidate. This election will change history despite the results.

And why was this question in the astrology section???

Yes it certainly can, if the voters want it to be so. Same as with any other candidate, any native US citizen over the age of 35 can become president. I expect the reason why its posted in the astronomy section is the odd of it happening are astronomical? I wouldn't say the odds were that bad though, Hilary is doing okay.

Theres no law against it if that's what you're asking...but will they? Probably not, a majority of Americans are too stupid to see that it doesn't make a difference.
