Try HYDRATING your system more than normal. Dehydration can cause chronic headaches or quick, on-the-spot headaches that can then become migraines, if you are prone to those. The naseau and dizziness are also signs of dehydration.

I am sorry about your struggle with migraines.
Not sure what is causing your migraines, there could be many factors. I know for some, drinking lots of water before and after strenuous activities and a great nutrititional diet helps.
I do know what has helped my family and friends with any of their migraines. My son used to have them often until he takes a couple ounces of MonaVie juice daily.
Here is another testimony.
I was diagnosed with migrains several years ago. And I have suffered from headaches almost every day of my life for the past 7 years. Well, since I have been taking Mona Vie Active, I have had NO Migrains!! When I feel even a tinge of one coming, I take 2oz of Mona Vie active and the head ache does not come! That may not sound like big deal to you...but it is to me! And it's MUCH better for my body than my old friend Excedrin...whom I do not associate with any more!
I have also noticed that since I have been taking Mona Vie, I no longer feel a stiff pain in the fingers of my right hand. And an old injury in my tail bone does NOT hurt anymore when I sit for prolonged periods!!
I am sleeping better than I have in years, and I feel more energy than ever! I no longer "need" that cup of coffee in the morning. Two to four ounces of Mona Vie Active in the morning takes care of that!

make sure you are eating the right foods... drinking LOTS AND LOTS of water. As much as you don't want to hear this you could just simply be out of shape and thats ok because you are working on it! As far as the migraines go to the doc because I know how horrible those are and maybe you can take meds when you know your going to work out. otherwise as long as you aren't having chest pain you should be ok. And just because you have been working out for 5 years doesn't neccessarily mean you worked out HARD like you are now. Good luck I hope everything works out, and thank you for making america more healthy with your profession.

well, it depends how bad your migranes are... I have chronic headaches and when i first started getting them about 6 years ago, i would take extra strength tylonol and it would not help one single bit...once i had suffered for about 3 years, i found excedrin migrane and i took it for the first time and within 15 minutes i noticed a dramatic change...they helped my headaches so much.. I now have much worse headaches and currently see a neurologist for them, so excedrin doesnt help me anymore, i am on prescription medication for them now. If your headaches are bad but not unbearable, i would say that excedrin migrane is a very good thing to take. I used to live by it and recommend it to everyone i knew who experienced headaches whether they were severe enough or not... I highly recommend it...try it out for a week or even a couple of days before you go and see if it helps...that way you will know.

I would suggest monitoring your blood pressure. This could be an indication that it is high.
