Those are two great bands but they are different. Killing in the Name of is a good song but totally different than Tool's Sober. This is tough but I'd have to go with Tool.

i would never consider "sober" to be Tool's greatest song, and even though Tool is my all time favorite band, I'm gonna have to go with "Killing in the Name"
