why did it take as long as it did and do you wish you waited or did it earlier?
my husband and i got married after 3 years and it is heaven.

We dated for 2 years so I could make sure she wasn't crazy. We got married after a 4-month engagement.
Looking back, I honestly knew I wanted to marry her from the moment I laid eyes on her, and each moment I was with her just solidified that, but waiting so long for me was good, because it is such a huge decision.

7 months, we had been dating exclusively for 4 1/2 months. It's been 10 years.
I would never recommend what I did to anyone that is sane. But it works for us.

Haha....still haven't reached that point after 5 1/2 years. Maybe we never will, I was married before and he is in no hurry!! We are very happy anyway!!

One year. It's great. We got to know each other really well and got to make sure we were compatible and had the same life goals before jumping blindly into marriage.
