My ipod isn't working right!!???

Everytime I unhook my ipod from the plug, it says Disk mode, OK to disconect. Whats the problem?

You have it in disk mode and apparently you have correctly ejected it from iTunes since it says ok to disconnect.

To take it out of disk mode, look for the disk mode check box (one of 4) on the iTunes (version 7.0 and greater) screen when you select the iPod in the sources window.

Basically, you don't have a problem.
