snow white 1937 witch death.?

I dont understand when she is laughfing on the cliff holding the stick the lightning strikes she falls. When the vulthars watch her fall she obviously hits the ground right?

Maybe she died from impact....but it's just a movie!

I wasn't around in those days but I am sure anyone standing on a cliff who is struck by lightning is going to fall. Between the lightning damage and the impact I don't expect to see a sequel called "Snow White II - the witch is back again."

Has someone proposed exhuming her to verify that she was really killed in that fashion?
