My opinion is...that this would depend on a persons personal definition of luxury. For some of us, who are not a part of the "upper class", air conditioning in the summer, access to a swimming pool, a nice park for our families to picnic and socialize, food to eat, a safe neighborhood are all luxuries.

If having a romantic sprit..
are luxuries,
then I'm privileged.

Answer = Yes
