What is the best place to stay, good resturant with great Steaks and what is a good hotel at a reasonable price. I plan to go July 20th thru 22 nd

There are lots of great places to stay -- Edgewater Beach Resort, Long Beach, Sunbird Suites...
Head over to http://www.resideo.com/us/florida/panamacitybeach/ to look at a list of places. Click the "Check Availability" button, choose your dates, then submit the form. You can sort the results by price -- that'll put the cheapest places first. Then you can read about each available room & book online.
As far as restaurants go, Dirty ***** is pretty popular, along with Spinnaker. One of my favorites is Saltwater Grill -- it's a bit fancier than the rest, but yummy.

i like to stay at the "Holiday Inn Sunspree"
And as for a good steak check out "Angelos"(Can not miss it it has a statue of GUS the 20000 pound steer"
