It means that you have felixodysmorphia. You already know the symptoms, the cure is called "High Velocity Cerebral Lead Therapy."
Post a question about HVCLT and I'll fill you in on the details...

A furry.
Of course that is not that far off. If you dig deep enough into the furry community especially the fursuit and body mod communities you find this popping up more and more.
Now then compared to transexualism, you often find that the desire to be identified with a different species, isn't nearly as profound as the desire to be the opposite gender. It is more like they wish to have common traits and seek out others with this strong species identification. It would seem that the transspecies identity isn't as profound as the gender identity, of course there are people who are both transgendered and transpecies, so they are different markers in the human psyche.
It is worth noting that most people with a transpeices identity find that far less modification is needed to reach coexistence with their species identity, inserting animals noises, animal shaped contact lenses, costume play. There is also far less suicide associated with such divergent identities though it is not unheard of. Of course there are always the most extreme of hold outs leopard man is an example, he has tattooed 100% of his body, lives in an undeveloped hut in the wilds, and lives as close to nature as possible. http://individualistvoice.com/leopardman.html

"feeling as if you are a woman trapped in a man's body" isn't called 'transgendered; it's called transsexualism.
(No, they're NOT the same thing.)
And if you genuinely were a 'cat trapped in a person's body', you wouldn't have been able to post this question; cats can't type, their brains don't have the requisite neurology, and they don't have the necessary dexterity.

Actually this was a common ailment in Europe centuries ago. I suppose people were closer with their farm animals back then.
