My friend loves basketball, but kinda skips when she dribbles. And she always makes a cheer jump after she makes a shot, and she thinks she is good because she is tall. How do I tell her she isn't the best?

She probably already has an idea..don't tell her it will only hurt your friendship...she will figure it out herself or the coach will give her an indication of how she can improve.

Can't she figure that out from looking at the rest of the team and how they play and score?

Every kid I know who plays sports knows who sucks and who is an asset to their team. If they are really into high school sports they know who is great on every team in their league. The coaches not only know that but they also know who is in the middle school who will move up in the next few years and be worth looking for to fill out their future teams.

The performance of everyone who plays is not a secret. In addition a lot of the shorter players are fast and smart and easily outplay other kids who were earlier in their growth spurts so tall is not as great an advantage as you would imagine.

i might believe that she already is aware of this...a number of the ladies that i do know have an entire period replicate someplace within the apartment..however i might inform her, simply in case she does not understand. in case your friendship is cast, then telling her that would possibly not be a massive deal so long as you're no longer being demeaning and inform her in individual (ideally at her apartment or room or what ever she reside in earlier than she leaves) however so much ladies that i become aware of that experience a camel toe usually both do not care or just like the concentration they get while they have got one (kinda like ladies who exhibit extra cleavage relatively usually just like the concentration they get from displaying there boobs) (i do know i might be watching)(however on the other hand i'm bizarre)

She probably already knows but tries to remain in self-denial. As a true friend, you two should probably work on your strengths first, as in playing casual basketball and talking about it afterwards. Then move on to weaknesses. Ask your friend if she can give any tips. This would open her up where you can say what you think. Be polite mind you... you dont wanna hurt her feelings...

It's probably better if you let someone else tell her about her shortcomings if she does not listen to her when you try to tell her. good luck
