IDK the answer, but I knew of one extreme case in TX.

I knew of a case where a woman was receiving about $20.00 per month. Before she died she told her daughter to never sell her rights.

A few months later, after death, her daughter began receiving about $20,000.00 per month. She called to question the amount, thinking it was a mistake. It was correct.
