....I'm starting to organise my stag do but have already found a problem. I have a few different set's of friends that I do different things with. The problem is they don't all get on and a few of them even had a fight last week. Obviously I don't want this kind of thing happening on my stag do so what do I do?

Explain to your friends that this is YOUR day and they are there to help YOU celebrate. Tell them that you understand they have differences, but, you would appreciate it if they would get along- ignore one another if necessary- because they are all important to you, and, you want them all there.

I would either hold different stags or talk to all of my friends about my concern. I've been in this situation before and I'm always straight up: If you can't come to my house and get along with everyone, don't bother coming. If these people are your friends, they will make an effort because they care about you.

Have separate get togethers so you can party with all your friends and avoid the drama of having them all together in one place, or choose to eliminate those that fight from the 1 stag party you have...

Personally, I'd have multiple parties so I could spend time with all my friends, if they were ones I was really close with. ☺

Get friends who are more intelligent than someone who uses his fists to win an argument?!

There is NO WAY you can have them all there and not expect a punch up - alcohol is the cause.

Why don't you arrange an outward bound day, army day or track day which doesn't involve a booze up and where these guys can all channel their aggression in a worthwhile way. Do something that is hard work and knackers them out physically so they are too exhausted to fight with each other.

maybe have two stag do's that way you keep them apart.

Having said that there is still your wedding. Have a tactful word with them all and say you cant have arguing or fighting at your wedding.

well all you can do is hope that they get on just for one night while you have your stag do...if they cannot get on then leave them to fight it out with each other, and if they are real friends then they won't spoil it for you....

Rather then going all out on one night perhaps you could have a few different night that cost less but it means you would be able to have a (special night) with all your friends, I done this and so did my partner, we are getting married so and had the same problem
