If you missed your period it does not always means your are pregnant. Does anyone experience dlaying their period due to stress. How long usually is the delay?

Stress can actually make you skip a month. If you don't get it the next month (or 2) then go to your doc.

There is not set time limit on your period being delayed due to stress.. mine has been late one or two days due to stress, but a friend of mine didn't have hers for three months due to the death of ther father.

If you are sure you are not pregnant and you haven't got it in a month then see you gyn

Yeah, I'm sure it's happened. Usually I've been so stressed that I haven't even really noticed the difference. Depending on your age, it could be anywhere from a week to a month. Any longer than that, I would consult a doctor.

Yeah that's happened to me before. It just depends if I am really really stressed it will delay a week or two. Occasionally I may skip a month.
