I need help finding a break up poem..?

Okay, I've been looking for a poem, and I don't know of any. So if anyone knows of good poems please let me know. I'm looking for one that's says somthing like

I love you and I miss you, but I hope your happy with her.

Somthign like that, please help!

If you're looking for something to quote that you could credit to someone else, you'd have a hard time finding better words than those to Freddy Fender's, Before the Last Teardrop Falls. I've used the version here without the verse in Spanish and used by a girl singer. If needed, the pronouns can be changed back to Freddy's original version.

the letter
