The sense strand gives the coding, and assuming it starts at the beginning, you get the following nucleotide triplets:
TAT GGT CGG TGA TCA GT...
Here are some useful Amino Acid/codon comparisons:
Arginine = CGT, CGC, CGA, CGG, AGA, AGG
Glycine = GGT, GGC, GGA, GGG
Serine = TCT, TCC, TCA, TCG, AGT, AGC
Tyrosine = TAT, TAC
Valine = GTT, GTC, GTA, GTG
STOP codon = TAA, TAG, TGA
A couple notes: interesting how much redundancy there is in the system, eh? You can change the third nucleotide and very often it doesn't change the Amino Acid. This is one way that 'silent mutations' can happen; even if a nucleotide gets changed, there's a 1/3 chance it will be in the less dangerous #3 spot, where for some AAs it can't change anything, because any of the four possibilities give the same AA.
The STOP codon, by the way, is the indicator of the end of the gene, so that the protein will only be built up to that point. Anything past that will be part of an intron if it's genomic DNA. Of course, if there's a change in that triplet, and the STOP codon is changed, the protein will continue to be built until the next STOP codon is reached. If the protein is critical, the results will likely be disastrous.

there is no T in RNA, it is replaced by U. The mRNA that is transcribed corresponds to the antisense strand, but all the T's will be replaced by U's.

Transcription is a process in which the DNA fragment is converted into complementary RNA fragment...the product will be 5'- AUACCUGCCACUAGUCA- 3'

Have to weigh in with those who said that tranSCRIPTION of DNA results in RNA.

The first answer has to do with tranSLATION which is RNA-->protein
