Or that we are sharing information with each other in ways never heard of before!!??

Are they aware they can't get away with their pomp and circumstance like they used to?

We have a recording of everything they say and do like never before.

And we aren't afraid to use it!!

This country is ours every bit as much as it is theirs!!

Amen sister!!

I think they are starting to realize that the sheeple are starting to wake up,.... probably half the reason behind the directive that Bush signed on May 9th.

Hopefully it's too little too late, and "We the People" can take this country back.

I don't think it's the intelligence as much as the shared information. It gets harder and harder each day for the government to cover things up when there are cameras everywhere (that aren't theirs) and the internet.

Essentially, if a duck farts in California, Maine will know about it in an hour or so.

They don't underestimate the intelligence of the American People, they fear it. It's only the faith of some people in their government that allows the leaders to convince them that some information could be harmful if released. We all know what would happen to approval ratings if the dwindling faithful were given the truth.

Open government is the only way to maintain the checks and balances and to keep our leaders honest. If they can't be upfront with the American People they should not be representing us.

The middle class had become a real threat to the wealthy and to the government. We were compiling information and using it. We had time on our hands and were getting more involved in politics. Well the rich couldn't have that! Survival is now foremost in our minds and with less time to study and challenge the rich, we are controlled by them!

Oh without a doubt they think we're stupid. They think between TV and I Pods they have turned off our brains. Along with a slew of other manipulative devices. We are We The People. And we care about what is happening.

They know but little do they care. We are just the little people. They have been way ahead of us for a long time. Secret meetings and secret documents and information are under lock and key by the executive powers that be.

I think the Bush administration counts on ignorance, compliance, and patriotism. It is a free press, not the internet, that keeps a democracy healthy.

I agree. The Congress is a bunch of morons and liars. We elected the democrats back to a majority for only one reason, end the War in Iraq, and the liars caved into Bush on the first challenge. Its hard to know which party is worse right now.

Of course they do. But, they have the power over us and they use it to the fullest extent. Then take a dive. Vigilantly justice is the only way.
