This story show the hypocritical nature of the State of Israel... they are enlslaving, torturing, murdering, exterminating the Palestinians, but when they need them they free them to do thier dirty work. All of these prisoners who are freed will come back to Israel to get justice for thier illegal detentions by any means neccessary.

You can clearly see who wants peace in this conflict and who wants to purposely wage war and ethnic cleansing.

Israel is the new South Africa. BOYCOTT ISRAEL (and write your Congressperson to do the same also).

Both sides are complicit in the current state of Palestine. Don't forget that the Palestinians elected a government made up of terrorists with a stated goal of destroying Israel. I think Israel has shown enormous restraint, having not bulldozed them all into the sea.

The "Palestinian people" do not exist as a nation or any thing. It is an invented name for them to use to take away the land from Israel. Palestinians are just plain arabs who have a tendency to explode unexpectedly in crowded areas. Which is why so many of them are in Israeli jails. The Israelis figured out that they become inert if jailed and the chances of them endangering innocent civilians are much lower. So they're keeping them in the jails for their own safety.
Israeli jails are probably a whole lot more comfortable than being free in Palestinian territory.

And how do you know that they are innocent?

This may come as a surprise to you but if someone is a member of a terrorist organization that means they are not innocent, regardless of whether they were directly involved in actual killing.

Let me ask you a question: Suppose you disagree with what I said above. Would you then agree Israel has the right to arrest and incarcerate those who were directly involved in killing people? Yes or No. Maybe you want to explain your answer to your congressman.

Because no one ever says anything about those people...The same with the Lebanese...Here's what B'Tselem says about them:"Between December 1999 and January 2004, Israel held Lebanese prisoners in administrative detention as hostages for potential exchanges for Israelis taken prisoner or missing from the Lebanon War. Over the years Israel released these hostages, and the last of them were released in a prisoner exchange in January 2004. "Probably the same with Palestinians. They already are realising those Fatah members ,let's see what's next, what more "goodwill gestures" Israel will do...

And as usually Israel is misinterpreting international law, by holding those people in administrative detention:
"Administrative detention is detention without charge or trial, authorized by administrative order rather than by judicial decree. It is allowed under international law, but, because of the serious injury to due process rights inherent in this measure and the obvious danger of abuse, international law has placed rigid restrictions on its application. Administrative detention is intended to prevent the danger posed to state security by a particular individual. However, Israel has never defined the criteria for what constitutes "state security."
Israel's use of administrative detention blatantly violates these restrictions. Over the years, Israel held Palestinians in prolonged detention without trying them and without informing them of the suspicions against them. While detainees may appeal the detention, neither they nor their attorneys are allowed to see the evidence. Israel has therefore made a charade out of the entire system of procedural safeguards in both domestic and international law regarding the right to liberty and due process. "
I don't see anyone making a big deal about thousands of innocent people being held in the Israeli prisons in who knows what conditions...And let's not talk about the children held in the same conditions.Yet we hear everyday about some Israeli soldiers being captive and how they should be release and yet no one cares about civilians being held without any trial and without knowing why they are in those prisons...

rape? it somewhat is too massive a lie even for a hamas supporter. in certainty, israel became accursed for not raping(!!!) palestinian women individuals i will cite to you one in each and every of my previous solutions: there became a sociological learn paper i'd considered some years in the past, and the foremost thesis of it became (i don't bear in innovations the perfect phraseology) that the the IDF infantrymen not rape the palestinian woman, because of the fact they racists, and that they not evaluate those woman as human beings on their point. as no IDF soldier ever raped a palestine woman, yet your objective is available to slander the Israeli military perhaps you need to use this approach on your propaganda purposes? (why i've got been given a feeling that the psychological point of the discussions sank under sea point in this subject count?) edit: i admit did not study the entire element you wrote because of the fact your creation became unfaithful so i concluded something coming from you would be as genuine. this is the rationalization me referring in straightforward terms to the 1st a million-2 sentences.

Innocent terrorists? lol
May God bless Israel, the only decent country in the middle east!
If Israel wanted to "exterminate" the palestinians they have the means to do so. The fact that millions of palestinians are alive proves you are making up evil lies.
I have read your koran, and it calls for the killing of all non-muslims. You better be glad that Israel doesn't do to you what you want to do to Israel. I woke up and I smell the stinking jihad.

Keep in mind most are political prisoners from all walks of life and most are not military ppl. Israel leaders used them for political gains.

I think they should keep them locked up for another 50 years and add a few more. Why should Israel have to live in fear all the time. Write your Congressman/women and tell them to back Israel all the way.
