Get a good book to read. I love anything by Nicholas Sparks. Or watch a funny video- or watch a chick flick. WHo doesn't feel better after watching "Steel Magnolias"?
Go for a walk at a forest preserve or garden.

first find out the reason then you could find the cure anyway take life easy always think positive take everyday as a day that you have learned something new then you will never feel depresed go for a walk do something you like talk to a friend you can trust go see a comedy movie laugh a little it will go away trust me I know it
