Out of the two flakes- Nicole simply because she had been honest with the police officers who pulled her over, she owned up to her mistake( she did not blame a publicist unlike the other other one) and she acknowledges that she is in trouble.

Atleast when Nicole says she is going to do something, she does it - or - atleast she doesnt go around not doing it and pissing people off.
Paris said she was gonna start a charity after she was released from jail and do all this community work. Has she done anything?
