my hard drive is only 40gb and i have found an 80gb laptop hard drive on e-bay for £25 and would like to know if this will work, if not what will?

Make sure that you are getting a 2.5" laptop drive and not a 3.5" desktop drive. As long as you get the laptop drive, it should work fine. Also, make sure what technology you need (ATA or SATA).

the hard drive should fit but you should find out what the hard drive format is first and compare it to the one on ebay

whats e-systems? first you have to have the same interface on your laptop and hard drive.... SATA or IDE if you get that right then it should work.
