Ive been in this situation before and I don't know why I didn't say anything but...
If you see another girl, who's a complete stranger walking around and her skirt is lifted up so you can see her underwear and everything, do you tell her, or do you just let her keep walking around like that and say "Oh my God! and point and tell one of your friends to look.
