no matter how "normal" they're supposed to look, without clothes they don't look or feel like real breasts so why do some women still get them.....and why do some men think they're great?

i understand when they had breast cancer and it had to be taken off to get an implant but other than that i think their just not right girls should love themselve for who they are and not by what they look like.

Actually, they do feel normal. Some women get them to boost their confidence but the majority of women I know that got implants did so because pregnancy and breast feeding RUINED them and they were tired of kicking them out of their way when they walked. Some women also get them to balance out their figures.

I work around plastic surgery and seen some really pretty boobies once they are done..the most natural looking ones are silicone...but I suggest that someone get a boob job only if they really need it..don't jump from an A to a D your skin will be too tight and it will look too fake...and if you have B cups or larger,leave them alone!!!

Some do look natural, it depends if you've jumped from a 32AA cup to an F cup or just a subtle C cup.

i think its retarded when women get breast implants. LOVE YOURSELF and you will find someone who loves YOU for you and not for your exterior. i do agree with breast reductions because those things can cause problems at large proportions.
