Actually, an American in London might have phrased the question a bit differently, to wit:
Stupid American: Where's the Shakespeare at?
Cultured Brit: Sir, the Queen's English demands that one not end a sentence with a preposition!
Stupid American: OK...Where's the Shakespeare at...@$$hole!?!

(is this a great high quality) in case you observed that image someplace on the information superhighway, it became pretend. 4) Why are human beings so happy while the british pound is nicely worth X2 the USD? by no skill heard of that. you're initiating to sound a splash caught-up. 5) Why does Dr.Phil have this form of massive effect on american oppinion? Dumb human beings % to think of they understand him. smart human beings understand him and do unlike him. in maximum situations. 6) Why is george bush President? You know, when I go into a bookstore looking for a book, I usually give the title and author, so they know WHICH book i am looking for.
Pretty typical of bookstores to ask which book you are looking from from a particular author, since the most popular ones tend to write more than one book, then you have all the re-edited versions and so on.
and pretty typical of an idiot to not realize that.

That was, quite frankly, stupid. What is most sad about this is that you really think yourself a clever fella. Really, that wasn't even funny. There are so many other ways you could have made this funny, but you just didn't really pull it off so well.

Congratulations. Based on one anecdote from a friend, you have categorized all Americans. That makes you ignorant and stupid. Should I assume all the English are like you?
Perhaps you would like us more if we got drunk and locked up for fighting over a sport.

I don't get it.....
As an Englishman, you should get on just fine with New Yorkers, maybe you just 'visited' the wrong jail for your type?
