Can someone lend me a fiver to buy baby food.
I would be working but my council wont grant me a taxi license as they regulate numbers. Even though the Office of fair trading, National Consumer council, the department of transport, the department of trade and industry and the Governement have all stated sonce 2004 that regualting taxi numbers is counter competition and is detrimental to consumers and public safety.
I have wrote to my MP but she says she can't do anything about it.
I'd get a normal 9-5 job but my wife has a long term illness and I am needed at home most of the time unless they are asleep. In which case I need the flexibility to be able to cut my hours at a moments notice. I can only do that if I work for myself.
I had to give up my business and my wifes statuatory sick pay runs out in 2 weeks.
