And I accidentally sprayed it on my Ford Ranger truck. Will it too grow and turn into a Ford F150 ?

It won't turn into an F-150. Miracle Grow is too short on nitrogen and phosphorous to cause a change in model.

However it may cause a standard cab to stretch into an extended cab version, so be careful.

I imagine it depends on whether your truck smoked at an early age - could stunt growth.
