Bleedin' carefully! sorry but you make sure all the screws are removed look for ones hidden in places like the door handle ( underneath or under a grommit which might need a little prying out.) then using something like a pry bar which is like a crowbar but flatter with a forked end slowly and carefully pull the panel out till you can get a finger in and feel round till you find a plastic lug ( these hold the panel flush to the door frame) and insert the pry bar so the forks are either side of the lug and pry it out of the frame.
You might want to wrap a cloth around the pry bar to protect the trim and paint work but not too much that it will not fit in the gap asyou dont want to pull it out too far as most of them are only hardboard covered in material.
Be careful when the panel comes loose as there will be wires attached to the back of it for the window switches and speakers as such, but all these should be on multi-plugs so you can seperate them easily.
Good luck with this .

Can be a pain working out how to remove any handles first.Maybe a plastic finisher slides off the handles exposing a small retaining screw. When these are removed the panel should come off its retaining clips although they will be stiffto move.No heroics trying to force it off try the bottem R/hand clip first.their may be a plasic membraine on the panel which you must remove. The whole excercise carefully but firmly.

screwdriver or a crowbar, then use abit of arm power. you may have fixed your window, but you'll have a broken panel.
