after living your whole live as an Iranian are you now American because you are in Jail , do you get a free Marine raid to release you? Sorry even as a "Real American" you have no sure rights in a terrorist state like Iran. And if You are Iranian How well are Americans Treated on a daily basis compared to the Iranians that Live in America Free of Fear?

Well, if that's your theory...why did we invade Iraq and FREE them? They aren't Americans. Why did we give them a free pass?

If you are born on American soil, you are American. Iran treats all people who live there differently from the way American treats people. No matter what nationality, I would choose to live in America because of being able to live free of fear, especially free from the fear of mistreatment from my country or from those who rule that country. All people deserve proper treatment and I'm sorry, it doesn't seem that anyone in Iran gets proper treatment and has to constantly live in great fear. I hope I am wrong in my belief of this. I just thank God that I am a free American and live on free American soil without all those worries. Maybe your life will get better some day soon! God, please bless Iran!

The way the current law reads if you are bone in the USA you are an American. That does not mean you cannot have citizenship in another country, too.
