Its a difficult answer.

Is there still racism in the world? Do blacks (minorities) have their own culture theyd like a medium for? Yes. That is why we have the NAACP and BET and not for whites (the majority). I'm ok with that.

The next piece is taking it overboard. Since A= there is racism and B= im black and got in trouble = C (must be racism!!!) . Thats rediculous and needs to stop. See Al Sharpton, Gary Sheffield, Wesley Snipes etc....

Caucasians frequently have a extra robust probability of recieving a popular scholarship. Wheras many African-human beings won't have as good a probability of having an educational scholorship. even though it incredibly is a "minority" college, lots of the scholarships are no longer issued from the college or college itself, rather a sponsor, group, business enterprise or person. selection isn't as different because it form of feels. A caucasian has a extra robust probability of no longer recieving a minority scholorship for the easy certainty that a minority scholarship is an probability for minorities to realize with out having to bypass by a board of caucasians who're 80% probably to chosen a caucasian over a minority, so why would desire to a caucasian are available in and sweep up something the place minorities actually have a probability of recieving with out hassles. it would not be morally suitable for a caucasian to recieve a minority scholarship, whilst a minority would desire to almost wreck his or her back to get any scholarship and attend a great college or college.

First of all: NAACP Stands for National Association (for the) Advancement of Colored People. So, in your scenario - what does WAACP stand for?
There is a Black History Month because African Americans, (and other African people) have been summarily left out of history books and such as though they contributed nothing to the development of this nation. Finally, focus on the contributions that Black people have made is being addressed in things which surface during Black History Month. The rest of what you ask is just hearsay, and I'm not commenting on Wesley Snipes.

There is not a WAACP because obviously it has been seen as unnecessary by the people who would have started it. Also, while there is not an WAACP there are plenty of white supremacists groups. Black history month is a special time to focus on the contributions of blacks to the country and was necessary when it began because the history books were and still are written from a white point of view and leave out many things.

Dude, seriously. These type questions are soo tired!!!

NAACP was created because blacks didn't have rights in this country. Whites have always had rights in this country, well, always since the 16th century.

Black history exists because the text books we use in school often still don't mention inventions, advances, etc made by blacks purposely.

The race card doesn't work, the card that does work is the I'm rich card. That one is played by whites 100 times more often than blacks.

Things wouldn't be so bad if blacks weren't discriminated against for so many years. You don't like what it has become, then you should get mad at those that discriminated against us in the first place. I never see anyone ask why that happened.

Most minority groups have their own organizations, magazines, events, newspapers, etc. because they feel they are not being represented enough in the wider community, which in a black persons case would be the white community.

White history is taught year around, c'mon, let's be for real.

And black people are not the only group that do this. The LGBT community, women, hispanics, etc. All minorities that have things dedicated to them so that they are able to express themselves and be represented fairly.

well i am not white or black but i think it has to do with racism. like before in america white people had all the rights and black people didnt. black people were treated very badly 50 years ago. well thats my opinion. where i live there is no racism at all every single person is treated with respect.
