There's this gal that I like and I've told her how I felt last year, but she said she just wanna be friends. However, recently I feel that she puts more interests, except that in this year's students retreat she showed a totally different behavior. She was rather unwell during the retreat and had to take antibiotic. But they are complete opposite to what she had shown some time ago. She was friendly and teased me and seemed to be interested, lots of eye contacts. But now, she seemed rather cold, distant and quiet. What actually happens? But she talks to other boys, but seems rather quiet with me. She also did not reply to my text yesterday (and only asking about schoolwork), unlike previously. But, what have I done wrong that these few days it’s all messed up? It’s just that I am too quiet with her and rarely approaches her and I was very busy with the retreat. Today at school, she was about to hand me a bag that I had ordered from the student’s council, but she was just like kept silent and put it on my table (I was so quiet shy with her and I was reading a novel at that time). She talked to my best friend though, and when we had eye contacts, it seemed that her face expression is a bit ‘closed’, expressionless, neutral. And it just happened in this one week! Does it necessarily mean that she hates me? What may cause such a sudden change? But her friends still teased me and her.

maybe she feels strange you like her when she doesnt feel the same way and doesnt know how to act. she probably just needs time to adjust. i doubt she hates you because you like her.

if her friends are teasing you guys still then maybe she is cold all of a sudden because she wants other people to know the two of you arent together so they will leave her alone.

First and foremost, stop blaming yourself. If you feel you have done nothing wrong, stop questioning yourself.

People change. They go through problems and issues of thier own. When you can, (perhaps in private) ask her about things and be point blank about how you feel. Don't accuse her of ignoring you, simply state "When you did this, I felt this..."

If she is open and honest, you may learn a bit about her and move on, otherwise if you dont liek the answers, move on to the next person in life. You won't always have a good resolution to a problem in life. Learning now how to address them and get past them will servey ou well in the future.

I think she only liked you as a friend. I think that she may be backing off due to the peer pressure of her friends teasing her. She may be just trying to not give them any reason to tease her anymore. They may be using anything nice things she does to tease her that she likes you. If she liked you as a boyfriend she wouldn't care. Evita

I believe she's a bit hiysteric... If you really think she worth it, maybe you should giver her another chance. you must tell her again what you feel, and ask her to tell you what's that she feels for you. If she says that you're like a friend to her, then you can just forget about everything. She is hysteric, after all.
