I always wake up with leg cramp in the mornings. Here, I'll massage you. *Rub, rub*. How's that? Nice of you to offer, but I don't think the hubby would understand the situation!

I had a leg cramp this morning! I've brought a banana to work so I can get some potassium.

Only in bed (it wakes me up sometimes) and after swimming (not warming up properly!) I feel your pain and yes you can have a nice massage i guess!

That would be a little hard to do thru the computer. Just get up and walk around, maybe to the fridge for a little refreshment. That should do it!

mine are, but because its about to storm. I don't know why, but my legs and the toe that i broke a while back ache when the weathers about to get bad
