My iPod Video won't connect to iTunes?

I've done everything that I should have done i reset it, formated it, scanned for viruses but i still get no connection to iTunes but i can get i up on My Computer

Hi!,

There may be adriver or internet software missing. Also may be you have to sign up on the website for connecting it first. Do this and then see it is working or not.

try reinstalling itunes...check if everything is installed like ipod soft...etc
