Close proximity to the buildings means little in deciding what falls and does not fall. It is all a matter of the building structure and how much debris and force hit it. Angles, other buildings in the area, building structure and stability, land situation... there are TONS of factors that decide this. For more information on what happened, check out the link below.
In any case, if you're trying to make a link between bin Laden's disappearance and the alleged (and illogical) 9/11 conspiracy, it is a pretty weak argument. If there was no conspiracy, he is still missing. That is a major problem for us, conspiracy or no conspiracy. If any of us knew where he was at, we'd go get him.

Ok, the Verizon building is near Park Row on Pearl Street. A pretty decent distance from the WTC site. It's right next to the Brooklyn Bridge where the people walked from lower Manhattan into Brooklyn on that horrid day.
Stop asking these trollish questions.

Take a look at the first picture on this website ( http://www.911myths.com/html/wtc7_damage.html ) and try to tell me that Bldg 7 did not get hit with a considerable amount of debris from the collapsing building.
"Truthers" are idiots.

You don't know NYC at all do you? The Verizon building is about 10 blocks away from the WTC. It's even past the Brooklyn bridge. This is the easiest one to debunk yet, it is simple NYC geography.
