Honestly i feel that being popular is not all that important becauase a lot of times in order to be popular your put in a situation to where you gotta be like someone else to fit in, the thing to really do is be yourself and more times than never you will stand out that way. You might find a lot of people will like that

believe me sometimes it's annoying to be popular. anyway the best way is to actually stay cool, be you. but if you really want to be hot, then do something wrong and sacrifice yourself, if you think it's worth it : play i-don't-know-what sport, be part of the dumbest gang, swear at the teachers, dress outrageous, pick on weak people, be rude, yell really loud so you can be heard, beat everyone, don't study hard ... these are the ways you can be popular among stupid people. if you want to be popular among good people, then be yourself :P
