Actually I believe quite the opposite of most posters, I think the very wealthy are the WORST!!
JFK, never even carried a wallet, and had others pick up his tab so he did not have to pay..how cheap can you get!

I do 20 or 25% because I've been there.
The worst are the coupon people who pay 10% on what they pay.
