Okay first off if most pregnant women don't realize the protection that the womb provides....Its a lot safer than you think and your stomach pains could easily be just round ligament pains occuring at the same time completly coincidental...call your doctor tell him/her what happened and they may ask you to come in and check its very unlikely that you did any damage to your baby in anyway but your best bet is to call your doctor.

I did the same thing while I was pregnant. I was very worried as well. Called my doctor and he said that everything should be fine to pay attention to babies movement and if I had any cramping or bleeding to come on in. I now have healthy 3 year old twins!!!

It's very likely you're fine. I fell out of bed trying to answer the phone when I was pregnant and thought I'd squashed my baby, but she was okay. If it was a particularly violent fall, though, you could have some tearing or separation of the placenta. You would probably be bleeding if you did, but if you're worried about it, you may want to go get an ultrasound just to make sure.

go see a dr
you probably will be fine as long as you have no cramps or bleeding/spotting but better see a dr
you won't get the right diagnosis and be reassured over the internet the only way to know you are fine is if you see your dr or go the ER

It would probably be a good idea to check in with your doctor. I bet you're OK though. Are you feeling the baby move? If you are, she's probably fine. All the ligaments and muscles in your abdomen become more elastic when you're pregnant to allow for growth. You probably over-stretched something. But please do check with the doctor to be cautious.

Baby's are pretty well protected... I would lay on a side and drink something cold... see if you feel him/her moving about.
If you're still super bothered by it. Trust your instincts and go to the doctor. If you bleed at all... I would go immediately. Good luck!

Most likley baby is fine...I would call your doctor just to make sure they may want to see you. Also if you have any cramping or bleeding go to the ER ASAP.

You need to check it out with your OB, most likely the baby will be fine- those little buggers are very well protected, but better safe than sorry
