destroys one embryo while invitro can sometimes destroy 5 or more to produce one fetus, and often times it doesn't work at all. Why oppose one but not the other?

For those of you who apparently don't understand invitro, it involves inseminating eggs in a petri dish then implanting in the womb. Often times 5 or 6 will take, requiring the parents to opt to abort most, living them with twins (most clinics won't reduce down to less than two).
