2. Government - which increases and decreases funding whenever the parties in control change?

And don't say everybody should pay their own - most Americans cannot cover cancer treatments out of their pocket. It wouldn't work.

i think is the government 'cause they take taxes to help poeple...and i think is better than the other!!

Since when did it become the responsibility of the US government to tax American citizens BILLIONS of dollars to start providing them with nationalized health care? I've seen the job that the federal government does running the Post Office and Veterans hospitals! Why would I want them managing my family's health care too?

i as a namibian would say the the government shoud pay for the people's health care. becouse the government is there for people

The government is a watchdog to be fed, not a cow to be milked.
