If you get there a few hours before game time, and go to the ticket window, they always have tickets available. Usually not 2 together but, my friend has gone twice this year and sat on the Green Monster getting his tickets at the window on game day! They sell the tickets that were reserved and noone showed up. It is best to check that before you buy from a scalper.

I have a good friend who lives in Boston and even worked at Fenway selling pizza during college (the last four years) and she always bought her tickets from scalpers! She usually paid about $50 for decent, but definitely not the best seats...and never got in trouble for it...and never had a problem with them being fake.

Scalpers will make you pay $100. It may be worth it if the ticket was real. The ticket that he gives you could be fake, so I wouldn't buy from a scalper if I were you.
