Yes, there is... it is a thin clear stuff you paint onto the floor before you lay down the vinyl. Go to Home Depot or Lowes to buy it.

Also make sure your floor is very clean and smooth also... if it is not, you should put down some 1/8th inch plywood (a special type for under vinyl floors)

there is a floor glue you can use , you can find it at lowe's home improvement stores in the paint dept .
