The Prince of Peace clearly explains that war is a sin and not the road to HIM. It is liberals and not conservatives that do HIS work and call for peace among all nations, yet many conservatives demand to indulge in the sin of war, yet they invoke HIS name.

Hmmmmm, you almost make them sound as bad as the Jihadists. Nice to see you back.
They take from the Bible only what applies to their current causes. I'm sure "someone" will find somewhere in the Bible where war could be justified - the Crusades had to have something to go on. Anyway, cons remind me of those parents who teach their children with "Do as I say, not as I do."

Better read again and no where you will find in the Bible is someone is killing you or attacks you that you should lay down and take it.
We are trying to answer you.

So why don't you go forth to Iraq and stand in the streets and cry out to the terrorists there "Why can't we just get along"
Sure, Jesus is the Prince of Peace, but He is not stupid. Turn the other cheek did not mean that if someone blows up two of your largest buildings, you give them the coordinates of the next targets.
The terrorists attacked us, and do not give any of that crap about Iraq having nothing to do with it. Saddam was offering rewards for those who would send their children to blow up innocent people. Whether involved in 9/11 or not, they WERE and ARE involved in terrorism! If you ignore them, as the dems do, you get things like Iran Hostages, WTC bombing, USS Cole bombing, US Embassy bombings, 9/11. We cannot just "call for peace among nations" when ISLAM is an evil force and is pursuing war around the globe.

So, is it your opinion that God and the Price of Peace would have wanted us to ignore Hitler in WWII and not fight then? Even after the attack on Pearl Harbor? There are some things worth fighting for. Look at Joshua and the battle of Jerico. Look at David and Goliath. The bible is full of war stories.

Liberal logic cracks me up. According to a liberal I can walk up to another liberal on the street, swear at him in front of his wife and kids, threaten to beat him to death, pull out a bat for him to see, and then proceed to hit him with it until he's unable to run or defend his family. And then as I walk away whistling, he will blame his wife and his child for not doing a proper job of warning him about the threat that I may or may not have posed.
