Yep! then later when you call them back that they say that you never called so you can not have the special discount.
my wife went to a 4 hour sales thing in LV and she was going to be given a free night at a big hotel will when she called the number on the gift she talk to someone and then was put on hold for hour then the new person came on and said that that offer was over and half hour ago.
life just sucks

I feel it should be a criminal offense to put some one on hold , when the number is a premium rate number that the company that is failing to give you reasonable service is making money from.
