THEY SHOULD USE THEIR CELEBRITY STATUS FOR A GREATER CAUSE, INSTEAD THEY ARE PARTYING ALL NIGHT LONG, IN AND OUT OF REHAB, DOING DRUGS, ETC!!!

I think people are too critical of celebrities. They are not space Martians (although they certainly act like it sometimes); they are humans just like you and I.
Now, that said. I think some of their lives are a disaster because they ARE only humans. Having all that access to disposable money, the fastest cars, all the dope they want...I'm willing to bet most people wouldn't know how to handle that right away.
I mean, really? I bet any college-aged party kid would be just like these Hollywood Paris Hilton's and party girls if they could too have those type of resources to party like a rock star. So I think some celebrities lives are a disaster because they love to party, they love money, and they can do what they want. To each his own.

Attention, publicity, poor decisions. They make the same mistakes as others but have more money and are better known and the paparazzi and tabloid rags have made them their number one industry sucking off their lives. I read about them while waiting to check out my groceries but never buy that junk. I don't need to know who is being judged and who has put on a few pounds and showing signs of celulite or who has an eating disorder, drug or alcohol dependency, etc. The celebs are humans to and the tabs seem to forget that and choose to exploit them. That's the downside of being a celeb...a big downside.

I think that they reach a point that they have achieved everything they ever will and still are not satisfied and in fact are isolated from society in a very real way. I have always known that I would love to have the money of a famous person but not the fame. I would hate not being able to go out with9out being harassed by people I don't know.

It is the money, they r able to get everything and anything they want and so many start off so young in the field and they experiment with drugs and partying. It's a shame !!! ;)

Because they have tons of people fallowing them around trying to ruin them. Even the smallest thing they do will get blown up in to some huge ordeal that will make them look bad.

besides being suddenly popular so to speak they are just like other people and you get to hear about their lives more then the average person so it just seems like that . its all you hear about in the news, if your neighbor is in the news he or she has done something very 'out there'.

Because they live in a fishbowl. They are constantly in publicity and paparazzi are professional stalkers that stalk them in their wake and in their sleep.

there are so caught up in their careers, precluding them in getting a peace of mind and laying back to smell the roses of life.

they are no much of a disaster than anyone elses lives, its just you know about there's and you dont't hear a jot about the average joe's
