How high up the pole? If it is ground level or a little above you can dig down around the pole a couple of feet , then form up around the pole as high as you need to go and pour concrete to in-case the pole. As far as repairing the actual wood that has been eaten I doubt there is a way.

the pole should had been a pressure treated wood,depending on how big the pole is,you should remove it and use a pressure treated one, once carpenter ants get in wood they will still keep on eaten the wood.
