I don't think charm is defined by outside beauty. Because i think that it is how your mind works make you charming.
You can be very beautiful/handsome but not charming.
The definition of charm is having good sense of humor ,when you enter in a room people around you are delighted to see you not because you are beautiful/handsome but because you are incredibly irresistible.

But I think that charm does not have to do much with beauty... Charm is something in your aura mostly, is something coming from deep inside of you...
Maybe a reflection of your soul... That's what subconciously attracts people...
